This workshop is designed to give participants an experience with their iPad that will help them gain an understanding of how to operate their iPad and become familiar with the opportunities it provides for enhancing the learning in their classroom.

Course Objectives

From this course, participants will:

  1. Review the basic operations of an iPad.
  2. Increase professional efficiency.
  3. Design ways to assess student-learning.
  4. Develop lessons that will be supplemented with use of the tablet.
  5. Discuss research findings and application.
  6. Participate in the development of ongoing resources available to the teacher and students.
