Course Description

This workshop is designed to give participants an experience with their tablet that will help them gain an understanding of how to operate the instrument and become familiar with the opportunities it provides for enhancing the learning in their classroom.

Course Objectives


From this course, participants will:

  1. Review the basic operations of the device.
  2. Increase professional efficiency.
  3. Design ways to assess student-learning.
  4. Develop lessons that will be supplemented with use of the tablet.
  5. Discuss research findings and application.
  6. Participate in the development of ongoing resources available to the teacher and students.
